● High dust capacity: Multi-chamber design with multiple filter bags greatly increases the filtration area and dust storage capacity, which extends service life and reduces maintenance frequency.
● Robust design: The metal frame combined with high-strength filter bags provides high load-bearing capacity and prevents deformation at high air flow rates, ensuring consistent filtration quality.

Applications and use cases:
● Widely used in central air conditioning systems for mid-level filtration, in the pharmaceutical, electronics, automotive and food industries for secondary air purification in clean rooms, as well as in operating rooms, hospital wards and commercial buildings with high air quality requirements.
Materials and design features:
● Filter material: polyester fiber; multi-bag design.
● Frame: galvanized steel or aluminum profile.
Manufacturing technology and advantages:
● High dust holding capacity and long service life: The multi-bag design provides an effective filtration area 3-5 times larger than the frame area, allowing more dust to accumulate and extending filter life compared to panel models.
● Low aerodynamic resistance and energy saving: the air flow passes through the filter bags smoothly, at rated air flow the initial resistance is lower, which reduces the energy consumption of the fan during long-term operation.
Installation and maintenance instructions:
● Recommendations for replacement: under standard operating conditions - every 3–6 months; in conditions of increased pollution - every 1–2 months; replacement is required when the final resistance is reached.
● Important notes: G4 class filters are disposable (cannot be washed); washing destroys the fiber structure and reduces filtration efficiency. When replacing, the system must be stopped to prevent dust from dispersing from the filter bags. Used filters must be disposed of as industrial waste; Some materials can be recycled in an environmentally friendly way.
