● High Efficiency Filters: Standard liquid tank sealed HEPA/ULPA filters with air supply outlet and ULPA filters. High Efficiency Filter: Standard HEPA/ULPA filter with fluid reservoir seal matched to air supply frame;

● Control Valve: Built-in manual or electric air flow control valve, electric model supports PLC communication control.
