In summer, production workshops often face the problem of overheating and loss of control over the microclimate. Standard ventilation systems often exhaust already cooled and dehumidified air outside, which leads to increased air conditioning costs.

Drawings of a custom-made filtration module (plant in Suzhou); dimensions: 3000 × 2859 × 2613 mm.
On July 28, 2026, we completed the shipment of a custom filter module for an industrial facility in Suizhou City. The task was non-trivial: install the equipment after the existing bag filter (cyclone) in the open air, carry out secondary purification of the exhaust air and return it back to the workshop. This allows you to keep cool and dry indoor air even on the hottest days.
The module is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304) with dimensions of 3000 × 2859 × 2613 mm. The design feature is a multi-stage filtration system adapted to the specifics of the facility:
First stage: a flat filter of class F7 is installed to capture coarse dust

Second stage: an F9 class pocket filter is installed to effectively capture fine dust.

Third stage (HEPA): fine filters were packaged separately inside the housing in a cardboard container. We deliberately did not install them before shipping: due to their fragility, HEPA filters can be damaged during transportation. This solution saved cargo volume and reduced costs.

Finished filter modules made of AISI 304 stainless steel before shipment.
To monitor the condition of the system, a differential pressure gauge (MACROSCOPIC) is mounted on the housing. Fire extinguishing systems (sprinklers) and high-quality sealing of joints are provided inside the module.

Integrating this module into an existing system allows you to solve two problems:
2. Savings: reducing the load on the air conditioning system and returning heat/cold to the workshop.
This project is an example of how custom design optimizes costs without compromising quality. We took into account all the nuances of logistics and operation of outdoor equipment.
