Introduction
To meet the ventilation and air purification needs of the data center under severe sandstorm conditions, TC Filter (Tongchang Junqi) completed a batch delivery on August 9, 2026 in 7 days. The equipment was accepted, after which installation work and operation began.
On August 9, 2026, a batch of air purification equipment intended for a data center in the Qinghai region was shipped from the factory and delivered to the site. Products supplied: primary panel
G4 class filters with paper frame , dimensions 595x595x48 mm, total quantity - 1500 pieces. It took only seven days from the start of production to delivery; the equipment has now passed customer acceptance and is fully installed on site.
Panel filter class G4 with cardboard frame, size 595x595x48 mm and internal protective metal mesh; ready for delivery in large quantities.
The Qinghai region is located at a high altitude above sea level, and there is an increased load from sand, dust and sandstorms, which places strict requirements on the pre-filtration of air conditioning systems and fresh air ventilation of the data center. G4 class filtration is a protective level at the inlet of units: it retains large dust particles, sand and fibrous inclusions, reduces the degree of contamination of medium- and high-efficiency filters, as well as heat exchange coils of precision data center air conditioners, ensures the quality of air exchange and stable, continuous operation of equipment.
The presented filters are made with a paper frame, the filter material is secured with an internal metal protective mesh. The 595x595x48mm size is the standard modular size for data center air conditioners, making it easy to mass replace and compatible with on-site frames. All 1,500 filters in this batch are manufactured according to a single technological scheme, which guarantees stability of the initial flow resistance and filtration efficiency. Before shipment, control tests and protective packaging were performed, loading was carried out according to a standardized scheme for batches. After delivery, the equipment immediately proceeds for installation.
The full project cycle - from the launch of production, testing, packaging and shipment to acceptance and installation at the site - took about a week, delivery was completed within the agreed time frame. This batch of filters has already been installed and integrated into the data center ventilation system.
Digital infrastructure projects in areas with frequent sandstorms place increased demands on the dust capacity of primary filters and their replacement intervals. We are ready to offer custom sizes and comprehensive staged filtration solutions taking into account air flow in the data center, dust concentration in the environment and maintenance schedule. If you have air purification needs for similar facilities, contact our engineering team to develop a technical solution.
In August 2026, 1,500 filter modules were packaged and shipped; The picture shows the process of organizing logistics at the TC Filter enterprise (Tongchuang Junqi).
