1. Are you a manufacturer-supplier or a reseller? Can youprovide technical services and solutions?
We are a manufacturing enterprise located in Tianjin, China, with our own production workshop, not a middleman or distributor. Based on the conditions and level of cleanliness of your workshop, our team of certifiedHVAC engineers and development expertsChinese national standards, will create a customized air filtration solution.
2. What is the service life of pre-filters, medium efficiency filters and high efficiency filters? How often should they be replaced?
reference replacement cyclesunder normal operating conditions. Actual replacement cycles should be based on differential pressure monitoring data:
Primary filters G3/G4: replace every 1-6 months under normal operating conditions (replace when final resistance reaches 2-2.5 times greater than initial resistance);
Medium efficiency filters F5–F8 (bag/panel): replace every 2–12 months (replace when the final resistance reaches 2–2.5 times the initial resistance);
High efficiency filters H13/H14: replace every 1-3 years.
Service life depends on environmental conditions. We can provide specific replacement cycle recommendations based on the type of dust in the cleanroom and operating conditions.
3. What is the difference between filtration classes G3/4, F7-F9, H13-H14 and U15-U17? Which one should I choose for my workshop?
| Filtration level | filtration efficiency | Main applicable scenarios |
| G3/G4 | ≥ 50% (2 µm particles) | Pre-filtration of fresh and exhaust air |
| F 7-F9 | ≥ 80% (0.5 µm particles) | In food processing plants, hospitals and clean roomsPre-filters required for high efficiency filters; Final air filtration is required in data centers and public buildings; and in paint shops - intermediate filtration. |
| H13-H14 | ≥99.95% (MPPS) | General pharmaceutical workshops, research and development laboratories, biosafety laboratories, positive control rooms and sterile workshops. |
| U15-U17 | ≥99.9995% (MPPS) | Clean room for precision microelectronics manufacturing |
We can help you select the right model free of charge based on industry requirements and cleanroom standards.
4. Can you make filters in custom sizes? Do you have filters that are resistant to high temperatures, acids and alkalis, and are explosion-proof?
We support custom custom frames, including aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel frames. We professionally produce special filters for special operating conditions, such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance and fire resistance, suitable for various difficult industrial environments.
5. How much does one filter cost? What is the wholesale price? Can you provide an official price list including taxes?
Direct deliveries from the factory, without intermediary markups, which allows us to offer low prices for large orders; We can provide formal quotes, contracts and tax invoices, and bulk orders are eligible for factory volume discounts.
6. Can you speed up the project to meet deadlines?
Urgent orders can be expedited and shipped promptly to meet project deadlines.
7. Do you have qualification certificates and test reports? Can products undergo acceptance inspection in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical facility?
The plant is fully equipped with factory inspection protocols, product conformity certificates and relevant system certificates; All products meet clean room standards and are fully compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
8.Are there drawings and user manuals? Can you provide technical installation instructions?
Drawings and technical parameters are provided; An online installation guide is available throughout the process.
9. What is the warranty period for the products? Can you continue to supply products at the factory price after this?
The products are provided with an official guarantee; All products will be supplied at the original factory price indefinitely.
10. What is the air resistance of the filter? Will this increase the load on the air conditioner fan and affect air flow?
Our entire series of filters adopt an optimized low-resistance design to ensure reasonable air resistance and good air permeability. This does not increase the load on the fan and does not affect the normal air volume and energy consumption of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The filters are suitable for use in a variety of central air conditioning systems and clean air treatment plants.
11. Aluminum alloy frames, galvanized frames or stainless steel frames? Are there significant differences in materials?
The difference is obvious:
Galvanized frames: economical and provide sufficient protection against corrosion; Widely used in general factories and ventilation systems.
Aluminum alloy frames: lightweight, warp-resistant, corrosion-resistant and most commonly used in cleanrooms and cleaning projects;
Stainless steel frame: corrosion-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, waterproof and rust-proof, suitable for harsh environments such as humidity, chemical treatment, high corrosion resistance and strict cleanliness, with the longest service life.
12. Is the HEPA filter leak tested using polyalphaolefins (PAO) and does it have a factory test report?
Yes. All of our HEPA filters are leak tested before leaving the factory. Each filter is tested for leaks and filtration efficiency to prevent air or gas leaks. They are also accompanied by factory test data and qualification reports to meet various project acceptance requirements.
