● Air flow range: from 1600 to 3200 m³/h (depending on size 287×592×46mm to 592×592×46mm), initial resistance is only 50–70Pa.
● Operating temperature and humidity: −5°C to 70°C, humidity ≤100%, suitable for harsh environments.
2.Main applications and use cases:
● Centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems - traps dust, pollen, small insect fragments, extending the service life of medium and high efficiency filters.
● Intermediate filtration in industrial facilities - protecting air compressors and air recirculation systems in clean rooms from excess dust.
● Air purification in public spaces - airports, shopping centers and other areas where people are in large numbers; pre-filtration of supply air, reduction of PM10 particle concentration.

● One-sided mesh: galvanized or stainless steel mesh (optional) is installed on the outlet side, increasing the resistance of the filter material to air pressure.

● Corrugating Technology: Fully automated corrugating equipment is used to achieve a pleat density of 20-25 pleats per meter, greatly increasing the effective filtration area.
5.Installation and maintenance instructions:
● Quick installation: Supports side push-in or snap-on mounting, tool-free installation; Compatible with 90% of filter frames used in purification plants.
● Replacement recommendations:
Under standard operating conditions, replacement every 4–6 months is recommended;
In rooms with high dust levels - check every 1-3 months, mandatory replacement if the resistance is ≥250Pa.
