● Filter material: non-woven fabric made of polyester synthetic fibers (density ≥200 g/m²), allows repeated washing (3-5 times) without loss of filtering ability.
● Frame: made of ABS engineering plastic or aluminum profile; There is a built-in seal around the perimeter to prevent air leaks.

● Washable design: the filter material can be washed with water (temperature ≤60°C) or blown with compressed air; After cleaning, filtration efficiency is restored to at least 90%.
Installation and maintenance instructions:
● Quick installation: Supports side push-in or snap-on mounting, tool-free installation; Compatible with 90% of filter frames used in purification plants.
● Recommendations for cleaning and replacement:
under standard operating conditions, it is recommended to wash the filter every 4–6 months;
in rooms with high dust levels - cleaning every 1–3 months; if the resistance is ≥250Pa, replacement of the filter material is required.
● Cleaning steps:
Protection: use a protective mask and gloves;
Washing: wash the filter material on both sides using a low pressure water jet (≤0.3 MPa) or blow with compressed air (≤0.5 MPa) in the direction of the reverse air flow;
Drying: natural drying or low temperature drying (≤60°C) until a residual moisture content of ≤5% is achieved.
