● Multi-stage filtration: According to duct cleaning requirements, can be flexibly configured with different filtration degrees such as primary (G4), intermediate (F8) and high efficiency (H13), to comprehensively intercept dust, fibers, microorganisms and other pollutants in the duct. Highly adaptable: modular design, length and cross-section can be changed according to duct size (round, rectangular) and can be easily integrated into various air conditioner ducts, fresh air ducts, exhaust systems, etc. The installation is flexible and it can be easily connected to all kinds of duct systems. Convenient Maintenance: The filter media is installed in boxes or insert plates, so there is no need to dismantle the entire filter section when replacing, and can be quickly handled by one person, reducing downtime for maintenance; and different grades of filter media can be replaced individually, reducing maintenance costs at a later stage. Durable Construction: The body is made of galvanized or stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion, oxidation, adapts to humid, dusty and other difficult duct environment, and has a long service life.

● Filter section: G3/G4 class polyester non-woven fabric (washable) or F5/F6/F7/F8/F9 composite fiber (non-washable), plate structure;
● Support frame: 1.2mm thick galvanized steel plate or 304 stainless steel.

● Combined filtration energy efficiency: The required filtration level (eg G4 for general environment, G4+F7 for cleanroom preconditioning) can be selected to meet different cleanliness requirements.

● Duct Integration and Installation: Installed on a straight section of duct to ensure uniform air flow; flange connection is secured with M8 screws;
● Replacement cycle: Main section (washable): cleaned every 2-3 months for normal environments, every 1-2 months for heavily soiled environments. Replacement period: primary section (washable): cleaning every 2-3 months for normal environments, 1-2 months for heavily soiled environments; intermediate section: replacement after 3-6 months for the G4+F7 combination in a shopping center environment, 1-3 months for an industrial workshop, and forced replacement when the resistance reaches the final resistance.
