Recently, Tianjin Tongchuang Junqi Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongchuang Purification") has completed the centralized supply, installation and commissioning of air filters for five network hospitals belonging to Huasheng Medical Group, including the group's parent hospital and four branches in other regions. This allowed for the standardization of air purification systems in each hospital, ensuring uniform quality of care and consistently providing patients with a clean medical environment.
Huasheng Medical Group, a large network medical organization, has many branches both in the province and abroad. Previously, brands and models of air filters varied between locations, resulting in uneven cleaning performance and significant maintenance and management challenges. To achieve standardized operation, the group launched a single project to modernize its air purification system, requiring suppliers to have cross-regional supply and end-to-end service capabilities. Tongchuang Purification, with its comprehensive supply chain and experience in the professional healthcare industry, successfully won the tender and developed the group's "one standard + zone adaptation" solution: maintaining uniform filtration technology and quality standards to ensure uniform purification efficiency in all branches; and fine-tuning filter settings based on the climatic characteristics and ward distribution of different branches, such as adding anti-moisture features in the south branch and enhancing antibacterial protection in the children's ward.
“Interregional deliveries place extremely high demands on logistics coordination and personnel distribution. We created a dedicated supply chain service team to coordinate the supply plans of the five hospitals, adopting a "central warehouse + regional warehouse" model to pre-distribute goods to regional warehouses in the cities where each hospital's branches are located, ensuring simultaneous delivery and installation. We also formed five professional installation teams, who were uniformly trained and then dispatched to each hospital to ensure uniform installation standards,” said the medical services director of Tongchuang Purification Chain. He added that the project lasted 10 days and resulted in the delivery and installation of more than 600 filters. All hospitals passed the cleanliness test on the first try, achieving the group's standardized operating goals.
In terms of after-sales service, Tongchuang Purification has created an "integrated service platform" for the medical group: created a special after-sales service database for the group, synchronized the working status of filters in each department of the hospital in real time; appointed regional after-sales service specialists responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the respective branches, and a general after-sales service coordinator was appointed at the group headquarters to coordinate inter-regional service requirements; and conducted uniform maintenance reviews every six months to ensure consistent quality of care across all hospitals. “Tongchuang Purification has strong cross-regional service capabilities, not only achieving a standardized filter configuration in each branch, but also unifying and coordinating after-sales service, which has greatly reduced our management costs and ensured the quality of medical services in the network,” said the COO of Huasheng Medical Group, praising the results of the cooperation.
The CEO of Tongchuang Purification said that the standardization of network medical groups is an industry trend. The company will continue to improve its cross-regional supply and service system, provide comprehensive cleaning solutions to more network medical institutions, help medical groups achieve uniform service quality, and promote the standardized development of the medical industry.
