Recently, Tianjin Tongchuang Junqi Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongchuang Purification") has successfully supplied a batch of Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) Laboratory Air Filters to the Hebei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The equipment was successfully installed in key areas such as the virus detection laboratory and microbial culture room. After commissioning on site, the air cleanliness level reached ISO Level 6 and the microbial filtration efficiency exceeded 99.9%, providing a safe and clean experimental environment for virus detection research, vaccine research and development, and other CDC work.

As a key regional public health emergency response agency, Hebei CDC laboratories are required to process samples of various pathogenic microorganisms, which places extremely high demands on the protective properties and prevention of cross-contamination of air filters. “Transportation of materials to disease control and prevention laboratories must strictly comply with biosafety regulations. We contacted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in advance to develop a transportation plan. Vehicles have been professionally disinfected and shipments have been double sealed and biosafety labeled. Throughout the entire process, the transport was accompanied by a dedicated staff member to ensure that there was no pollution during transportation,” said an executive from Tongchuang Purification Logistics. He added that the entire process, from production to installation and commissioning, took just 48 hours. The technical team simultaneously provided training to laboratory staff on equipment operation, maintenance and emergency procedures, ensuring staff were familiar with key procedures such as handling pressure differentials and replacing filters.

During the after-sales service phase, Tongchuang Purification opened a “public health emergency channel” to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), promising to provide comprehensive maintenance services quarterly. In the event of a public health emergency, technicians can respond within an hour and be on site to provide assistance within 4 hours. “During the previous peak influenza virus testing period, the filter experienced fluctuations in pressure drop. Tongchuang Purification's technical staff promptly investigated and promptly corrected the problem, ensuring the smooth progress of testing,” said the laboratory director of the Hebei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, fully confirming the quality of service.
