Our company has recently completed full production, pre-shipment quality control and packaging of customized custom integrated filter chambers for industrial customers in Indonesia. The equipment was loaded onto transport and sent by sea to chemical production sites in Indonesia. The equipment set includes two stages of filtration:plate coarse filters class G4andMedium purification bag filters class F8. Thanks to the single-frame design, the equipment is adapted to the tropical industrial conditions of Indonesia with high temperature, high humidity and high dust content. Successful delivery confirms the stable development of the foreign trade market of our company in Southeast Asia and further strengthens the potential for the supply of non-standard filtering equipment abroad.
The fully custom integrated filter box features a modular chamber design that allows for quick and easy replacement of G4 and F8 two-stage filter cartridges.
I. Prerequisites for cooperation within the project:Tropical conditions in Indonesia drive demand for customized filters.
Indonesia, located in a tropical rainforest climate, experiences high temperatures and humidity all year round, as well as high levels of dust and corrosive moisture in the air. The client in this collaboration is primarily a fine chemicals manufacturer, and the existing, disparate filter installation solution had three major drawbacks: separate compartments for pre- and mid-efficiency filters resulted in cumbersome on-site installation procedures and significant air leakage; the housing materials were not moisture resistant, which made them susceptible to rust and deformation in a humid environment, reducing the life of the filters; and the lack of a single mounting frame for two-stage filters resulted in excessively long inspection and replacement times, increasing shop maintenance costs.
After comparing various products and testing samples under field conditions, the customer commissioned our company to develop an integrated, custom filter box requiring a fully integrated designpanel pre-filter G4Pre-filter,medium-efficiency bag filter F8The two-stage design of the mid-stage fine filtration system meets three basic requirements: moisture and corrosion resistance, ease of installation, ease of operation and maintenance, and compatibility with existing ventilation duct sizes in the plant. Our technical team, taking into account the local climatic parameters of Indonesia, the diameter of the channels on site and the composition of pollutants in the workshop, developed a comprehensive custom design of the entire process, including housing design, filter material selection and chamber layout.
II. Product Configuration and Technical Features: Integrated two-stage filtration design.
This time, it comes with a custom-made filter box with a thick galvanized sheet metal body and a moisture- and corrosion-resistant coating, suitable for Indonesia's harsh environment of high temperatures and heavy rainfall. There is a quick-opening service door on the side of the box, allowing one person to open it and remove and install the filter element without disassembling the entire box. Internal design uses a stepped, independent groove structure for separate fasteningPanel pre-filter G4, medium-efficiency bag filter F8.The two-stage filter element is divided into sections, and the airflow passes through the coarse filter and medium efficiency filter in succession to avoid airflow short circuit and air leakage problems.
III. Factory Quality Control and Export Packing for Shipment: Strict quality control for overseas delivery.
Export orders undergo double quality control. Before packaging, body welds, dimensional tolerances, filter element resistance and filtration efficiency are checked and approved. Considering the risks of long sea shipments, turbulence and corrosion from moisture and salt spray, pre-fabricated filter boxes are fully wrapped with thick stretch film and reinforced with durable wooden pallets to protect against moisture and impact, ensuring equipment arrives safely after crossing the ocean.
The filter box is wrapped with moisture-proof film and placed on strong wooden pallets that meet sea protection standards, and will be shipped to Indonesia soon.
During the loading process, personnel carefully checked and compared the quantities of containers and components with the packing list to ensure compliance. Using developed foreign trade supply chain resources, goods will be sent directly to Indonesian ports by sea container transport. Follow-up technical support for on-site installation can be provided to the customer.
IV. Expansion of foreign trade markets: strengthening of position in Southeast Asia and expansion of filtration solutions in tropical conditions.
